Dave Conway
Mindset Mentor/Founder
A master of his craft and the founder of Conway Mentorship, Dave Conway is an 8-figure entrepreneur, sought-after speaker, and a mentor known worldwide for his ‘practical meets mental’ approach to mindset coaching.
Dave has presented to and coached well over 10,000 entrepreneurs and leaders spanning five continents, helping them achieve breakthrough results through goal setting, visualization, and systematic study. He credits his success to a genuine love of people and a desire to show them how powerful they really are.
Dave calls Saskatoon, Canada home with his wife, Jacqueline, and their two young daughters.
Meet Jacqueline Conway
CEO/Partner
Jacqueline Conway is Conway Mentorship’s CEO and dynamic event host. Since joining the company in 2020, she—together with her partner in life and in business, Dave Conway—has shaped Conway Mentorship’s growth trajectory and solidified the business as a world leader in mindset and personal transformation.
Jacqueline’s background in marketing, brand strategy, and large-scale event production has secured Conway’s success. She has promoted global icons including the likes of John Legend, The Roots, and Ms. Lauryn Hill, and she was inducted into Grace Lever’s prestigious $100K Freedom Club. A Bachelor of Commerce graduate with a focus on marketing and finance, Jacqueline’s business and brand sensibilities support her commitment to guiding individuals around the world to unlock the immense potential of the mind and craft fulfilling, successful lives in the process.

Amelia Lorbetskie
CHIEF OF STAFF
Amelia has been with Conway since 2018 and currently serves as Chief of Staff. In this role, she oversees logistics for everything from daily operations to the coordination of Conway’s largest in-person events and seminars. While working for Conway, Amelia has supported company growth immensely from the first program serving 10 clients to supporting hundreds of clients per year. Her expertise is further strengthened by her Business Degree, specializing in Human Resources. Amelia is passionate about her work, but her greatest fulfillment comes from witnessing the growth and achievements of Conway’s clients. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and proudly supports her daughter as she competes in motor cross competitions across North America.

Wendy Holmes
MINDSET COACH
Wendy is a top Mindset Coach at Conway, joining the team in 2023. Since then, she has supported hundreds of clients in finding clarity in their goals through our mindset mentorship programs and seminars. She works closely with Dave to guide our clients towards complete life reinvention. With a distinguished background as a front-line nurse, Wendy brings a unique perspective to mindset coaching, empowering individuals to realize their potential. Her powerful presence and determination enable her to achieve every goal she sets. Outside of work, Wendy values quality time with her partner, Quinn, and their children, proudly embracing her role as “Gigi.” She is also passionate about travel and dedicated to continuous personal growth.

MARKETING COORDINATOR
Pia has been a Marketing Coordinator at Conway since 2020, and her contributions are nothing short of essential. With a background in communications and an eye for design, Pia ensures our clients enjoy a seamless experience through our client portal, website, and live events. She’s also known as the ultimate tech ninja, solving nearly any problem that comes her way with efficiency and precision. Her exceptional work ethic and problem-solving skills are key to our daily operations. Outside of work, Pia is a proud fur mom to four cats, and she loves exploring the beaches of the Philippines whenever she gets the chance.

Tony Torres
SENIOR COPYWRITER & CONTENT STRATEGIST
Tony Torres serves as the Senior Copywriter & Content Strategist at Conway Mentorship, where he crafts compelling narratives that inspire action and drive engagement. Tony has spent the last 35 years honing his writing craft and is deeply passionate about helping Dave Conway share this life-changing information with the world, to educate, inspire, and empower clients to break free from limitations to achieve extraordinary financial success.
Tony was born and raised in the “Sun City” of El Paso, Texas, where authentic, delicious Mexican food is a way of life. When he’s not writing, Tony enjoys spending time with his two Basset Hound pups, Bella and Parker (Ask him for pictures—he’s got plenty.) He’s also working on a best-selling children’s book. With a solid background in customer service, Melissa is deeply committed to making sure that every Conway client enjoys an exceptional experience, every single time. She’s incredibly grateful to be part of such an inspiring and positive team, and her belief in embracing a positive mindset drives her approach to work and life. Melissa sees the good in every day, no matter the circumstance! When she’s not ensuring clients have the best possible experience, Melissa is spending quality time with her husband, son, and daughters. She loves watching sunrises, cheering her kids on as they chase their dreams, enjoying morning walks with her dog, and cherishing lifelong friendships!

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Breannon has been an integral part of Conway Mentorship since 2022, working closely with Dave and Jacqueline Conway. She ensures that everything runs smoothly by bringing order and efficiency to the team while embodying Conway's core values—most importantly, “faith in the unseen.” With four years of experience as an assistant, Breannon plays a vital role behind the scenes, ensuring that Conway's daily operations, events, and meetings run seamlessly. Outside of work, Breannon cherishes time at home with her fiancé and cat, enjoys visiting family and friends, and loves spending time at the lake. She thrives in the summer months and has a deep passion for gardening.
